Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• UG- Any Specialization / MBA preferred
• 5+ Years in Direct Sales/Customer Sales Service
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Good analytical skills
• Must understand the needs of the channel partners
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive approach and zeal to drive through allocated tasks Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and increasing sales of company products through direct selling model
• Hiring consultants and training them to promote & sell our products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Training the consultants
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Monitoring your consultant performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors Co-ordination:
• Consolidate & generating leads (area wise) from all ATL/BTL activities passing them in a timely fashion to respective consultants
• Generating leads through Facebook / SMS /Newspaper leads: shared with consultants within 24 hours of receipt & followed up in following week with an update back from DB.
• Assist in all regional events, booking venues, planning logistics, catering for events and coordinating with events companies etc.
• Lead generation actions/ Kiosks/ friendship visits/ referral programs
• Demonstration parties
