Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel even if approved. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include inaccuracies or errors in service pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Any refund/cancellation request will be entertained within 24 hours of placing the order, however post 24hours we will rework on your service in case we are not able to process your order refunds are not being provided for products that have already been approved by the customer. Refunds are being processed with in 90 working days.

If your order is cancelled after the payment was made by credit card or net-banking, we will refund the credit card or net-banking account. If the payment mode was cheque, we will send you a cheque or do an neft transfer is possible with your bank. Cheque will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. In case we receive a cancellation notice from the customer and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the 100% of the amount. If the order has been processed or delivered, we will refund 25% of the order amount if provided by justifiable reasons. There may be few cases where the orders are not delivered in time, as a customer you have the right to ask for a 100% refund or the order completion. If refund option is chosen, the product may or may not be delivered at the sole discretion of rkmg. However, in case of any defamatory remarks posted anywhere, reserves the right to stop the refund and the order and initiate a lawsuit for defamation.
