• Customer Return Period:
Buyers are entitled to initiate returns within 48 hours of receipt of the delivered product. Returns requested beyond this window will not be entertained except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
• Return Conditions:
• Products must be returned unused, in original condition, with all accessories, documentation, and packaging intact.
• Returns relating to manufacturing defects, delivery damage, or incorrect product will be processed as per platform protocols.
• Buyer-initiated returns for reasons other than defect or damage are subject to product eligibility, as disclosed at listing.
• Return Procedure:
• Customers submit return requests via the RKMG platform interface within the 48-hour period.
• Upon approval, the seller coordinates pick-up using either RKMG’s integrated courier partner (Blue Dart–DHL) or an alternative approved courier partner (see below).
• Sellers must inspect products upon return and process refunds or replacements promptly, in line with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
• Non-Returnable Categories:
Certain items (e.g., perishables, personalized goods, and other items restricted by law) are non-returnable and will be clearly identified at the time of sale, in accordance with Indian consumer law.
Shipping Policy
• Courier Partners:
• Sellers may fulfil orders using RKMG’s integrated logistics partner, Blue Dart–DHL.
• Where Blue Dart–DHL is not serviceable or incurs prohibitive costs, sellers may opt for an alternative courier partner at their discretion.
• Use of third-party couriers is permitted, but the seller is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the following obligations.
• Seller Responsibility – Third-Party Couriers:
• Sellers using non-integrated courier partners must ensure 100% coverage for product loss or damage (100% “damage policy”), assuming full liability for returns, refunds, and customer satisfaction.
• Sellers must guarantee delivery of genuine, legal products in accordance with their listings and applicable Indian law.
• All orders must be dispatched promptly to meet stated delivery timelines on the RKMG platform.
• Order Tracking and Communication:
• Timely shipping updates and tracking details must be provided on the platform for buyer visibility, regardless of courier used.
• Insurance and Risk Coverage:
• For shipments via Blue Dart–DHL, RKMG’s insurance terms apply.
• For shipments via third-party couriers, sellers must ensure adequate parcel insurance and assume full liability for any loss, damage, or issue in transit until receipt by the buyer.
• Compliance:
• Only legal products as authorized by the laws of India may be listed and shipped.
• Shipping of prohibited, counterfeit, or restricted items is strictly forbidden and grounds for account termination and legal action.
Dispute Resolution
• All disputes concerning returns, refunds, or shipments will be addressed in accordance with RKMG E-Marketplace dispute resolution mechanisms and in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws.
• The seller and buyer agree to cooperate fully for timely and fair resolution.
