1. I have read and understood RKMG’s full Terms & Conditions available on the website/app, and I agree to be bound by them.

2. I understand that RKMG sources products only from manufacturers or their authorised PANIndia partner, and is a marketplace facilitator, not the manufacturer.

3. I understand the 48hour return policy applies only for wrong products, wrong size/colour, or damaged items on delivery, and that returns must be requested within this time with clear proof.

4. I accept that books, lingerie, cosmetics, skincare, and other non-returnable items cannot be returned/refunded unless explicitly allowed by the manufacturer under their policy.

5. I agree that return pick-up is from the original delivery address; requesting a different pick-up address may incur additional logistic charges, payable before pick-up.

6. I acknowledge that products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/tags intact to qualify for return. Used, tampered, or incomplete products will be rejected.

7. I accept that all warranties, guarantees, and product defects after delivery will be handled directly by the manufacturer or brand, and RKMG is not responsible for such claims.

8. I understand that if an order is undelivered due to wrong/incomplete address or me being unavailable/unreachable after multiple delivery attempts, logistic charges for both forward & return shipping will be deducted from any refund.

9. I agree that once the product is picked from the manufacturer’s or authorised partner’s warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation after this will be treated as a return under RKMG’s Return Policy, and both forward & return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

10. I agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad or Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, and will first attempt amicable resolution or arbitration before legal action.
