RKMG – Return Acceptance Conditions
Effective Date: 15 th August 2025
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
? Requested within 48 hours from delivery.
? Fall under eligible reasons (wrong item, wrong size/colour, damaged/broken
at delivery)
? The product is not in the Non-Returnable list (books, lingerie, cosmetics,
skincare, etc., unless the manufacturer allows under their policy)
2. Pick-up Address
? Return pick-up is arranged only from the original delivery address.
? If the customer requests pick-up from a different address, additional logistics
charges will apply, payable before the pick-up is scheduled.
3. Product Condition at Pick-up
? Must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
? Must include original packaging, all tags, manuals, and accessories.
? No signs of usage, tampering, or damage beyond what was reported within 48
hours of delivery.
4. Inspection & Documentation
? Delivery/logistics partner will inspect the return at the time of pick-up.
? Photos/videos of the product and packaging will be taken for records.
? Any mismatch between the reported issue and the returned product’s
condition may lead to rejection.
5. Return Rejection Criteria
RKMG reserves the right to reject returns if:
? The product is used, tampered with, or missing components/accessories.
? Damage was not reported within the allowed return window.
? The customer refuses to pay the additional logistics fee for a different pick-up
address.
6. Manufacturer-Handled Cases
After the 48-hour RKMG return period, all issues will be handled directly by the
manufacturer/brand under their warranty/guarantee policy.
7. Failed Delivery Affecting Returns
If the original order was not delivered due to wrong/incomplete address, or the
customer was not reachable/available after several delivery attempts:
? The product will be returned to sender.
? Logistic charges for both delivery and return will be charged to the customer.
? If a refund is applicable, it will be processed after deducting these charges.
